Customers who sign up to our subscription service are guaranteed to enjoy the best prices, as well as access to exclusive discounts and promotions putting you in complete control.

Our subscription service is easy to use. Simply decide on the products that you want, set the delivery interval as required and that’s it! Your delicious Claude & Clarence pet food will be delivered to your door and your nominated payment card will be charged. Our subscription service is completely flexible, so feel free to change or amend your order or cancel your subscription at any time.

Subscription Terms & Conditions


JD Pet Group Ltd retains the right to modify all subscriptions without notice, including price amendments of products that are already part of an active subscription.


Subscription orders can be cancelled at any time free of charge by the customer, providing two consecutive subscription deliveries have been completed. If a subscription is cancelled prior to two orders being completed and delivered, a fee equal to the value of the remaining agreed subscription will be payable. Subscribe and Save cannot be used in conjunction with promotions or limited time offers on the Claude & Clarence website, other than select multibuy offers. Promotions that are eligible for the subscription discount will be detailed on the checkout page.


Subscription orders may be modified at any time. This can be done by logging into your My Account page or contacting JD Pet Group on Alternatively, you can call our customer service team on +44 (0) 117 298 0252.


Should JD Pet Group Ltd take a decision to delist or discontinue any product that is part of an active subscription, the customer will be contacted to arrange an alternative product. If no suitable alternative can be found, the subscription may be cancelled.


If, for any reason, your chosen product is not available/in stock at the point our system processes your recurring order, JD Pet Group will notify the customer of any delay and, if necessary a substitute product will be offered in place of the usual product at the same price.
