Delivery Charges


Delivery is Free of Charge on orders over £35 to the mainland UK.


We aim to deliver all orders with 1-3 business days after your order is placed.


Orders with a value less than £35 will incur a delivery charge of £8.95 (UK Mainland).


Deliveries to the Highlands of Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands incur a delivery charge of £19.99 on all orders. 


The cost of carriage will be calculated at the checkout process.

We entrust delivery to the experts at DPD


You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched and you will be informed of the delivery date. You can keep track of your order by clicking HERE and entering your consignment number. You’ll be able to track your order in real time. 


You will receive text updates on the day of your delivery where you can amend your delivery date/time if you so wish. DPD will deliver to you within a one-hour time slot.

Returns Policy


Items that are not required


At Claude & Clarence, we’re passionate about looking after your pet’s diet, fitness and happiness.


If you or your pet are not completely happy with your order for any reason, you may return your order to us within 14 days after receipt in its original and unopened condition.


Please get in touch with our dedicated customer service team within 14 days of delivery by emailing or calling us on (0117) 298 0252 if you wish to return unwanted items quoting your name, address and order number.



Faulty, damaged or incorrect order


In the unlikely event that the order you receive is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please get in touch with our dedicated customer service team as soon as possible by emailing or by calling us on (0117) 298 0252.  Upon agreement that your order is faulty, damaged or the order is incorrect, we will organise the collection of the goods and arrange a replacement or refund, as necessary.


Your statutory right to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, is covered by The Consumer Rights Act 2015.
